He started his working life at twelve years old washing dishes at a neighborhood restaurant in a small town in Wisconsin. He has been a dishwasher, a stock boy, a cashier, a shift manager, an assistant manager, a Manager, a District Manager, a Regional Director, a Regional Vice President, a Vice President, a Sr. Vice President, a Chief Operating Officer, a President, a CEO, and an Owner in the restaurant industry. He has spent more than twenty-four years developing, growing, and operating ROI and has personally served many thousands of customers. In addition, he has worked with, led, mentored, and inspired many thousands of restaurant employees.

Mr. Cannon attended the University of Wisconsin and has earned his Masters in Business Administration. He has a highly driven, unique, and OLD SCHOOL hands-on management style which has earned him respect from many of the country's entrepreneurs, corporate giants, and educators, and his results orientation and style guarantees that our Clients will get results.
